But only 58% were registered, 48% voted. In 2006, 11.5 million Hispanics were eligible to vote. But only 67% were registered, 34% voted. In 2008, 18 million of Hispanics were eligible to vote. But only 65% were registered, 67% voted. In 2010, 19.5 Million of Hispanic were eligible to vote. Hispanics were 9% of the national voter pool. In 2012, 23.3 Million of Hispanic were eligible to Vote. But only 11. million voted, or 48.6% of those eligible to vote. Hispanics were 10% of national voter pool.
