ANSYS Discovery SpaceClaim 19. Values above 7 are shown in red to indicate that performance will be affected. ANSYS. Rendering Quality: Rendering Quality now has 10 as the highest level. if you open a component of an assembly in a second window. ANSYS Discovery SpaceClaim 19.” the path does not need to pass through the center of each profile. a model dependent on the first window. Centerline distinguishes itself from guide curves. which must touch the profile edges. Dependencies created between windows. Making changes in the first window and then choosing to Undo those changes in the second window will undo the changes in both windows. Select the oval and circle faces to preview the default Blend. For example. the Undo operations will be merged. will permanently merge the Undo operations for those windows. however.com Page 12 . Undo and redo allows you to have multiple models open and move between them making changes. Multi-segmented curves or edges can be used as centerline blends provided they meet end-to-end without gaps and are piece-wise continuous or tangent. ANSYS. The centerline does not have to touch either of the profiles. Blend Tool: The Blend tool allows you to select a centerline path for the blend to follow between two planar profiles. Also. The centerline consists of three lines and two tangent arcs. You can return to any window where you have been working and undo changes from the last time you worked in the window. although it is called a “centerline.0 Release Notes Core Document-level Undo/Redo is on by default and there are separate Undo Stacks for each independent SpaceClaim window tab. but the extension of the curves must pass through the profile. com Page 13 . When off. the centerline has been changed to a spline. the algorithm has more freedom to adjust sections so that a surface can be created. Normal to Centerline forces the Blend algorithm to keep sections normal to the centerline. In these examples. Bodies with Shared Topology within a component have the Shared Topology propagated to other instances of the component. The Unshare tool now works on instances.0 Release Notes SCDM Shared Topology Instancing is now supported in Share Topology. Component names are now changed when they are made independent in the process of sharing.com Page 26 . Component Selection is now allowed in the Show Connected Bodies tool. Connections between solid/shell baffles have also been improved. This only affects bodies with Shared Topology and does not affect bodies without it. There are new colors and access to Share Topology Faces and Edges in the ribbon.000 or more bodies or 12. Previously. it was black. Shared Topology with beam/shells between 3. The default color for edges shared between bodies has been changed to blue. ANSYS.000 or more connections in less than two minutes is now possible. Robustness and large model support have been improved for this release. This helps users differentiate between selected bodies sharing entirely within a component and sharing from a body in one component to a body in a separate component. ANSYS Discovery SpaceClaim 19.
