Cuddalore SUGGESTION After the Study that I carried out at Saravana Global Energy ltd for a span of one month where in I found out some issues which the employees were facing and in turn even the company is affected by this. So to satisfy them they should improve the food quality and provide healthy food.A. P. To find out the same problems we carried out a sample questionnaire which included a Sample size of 50 employees. The Food provided by the canteen does not satisfy the needs of the employees working there.Jain Bharatesh College of Business Administration. Belgaum .  The company should arrange for better Transport facility for their workers.Saravana Global Energy Limited. After seeing the questionnaire and the facts that we collected through the questionnaire in the company there are few suggestion that I want to make to the company which can help them to overcome these problems  The company should improve the canteen facility. Due to this the problem faced is there is high absenteeism in the company. It lacks in cleanliness which de motivate the workers from using it. The rest room provided by the company is not in a good state.A. P.Saravana Global Energy Limited. Cuddalore The company is currently providing one bus facility where the employees are asked to come through the same bus and go through the same.  The company should provide Children education Loan facility to its employee.  The company should improve the Rest Room facilities. The factory is 25kms far from city where maximum employees reside. The company to improve the loyalty from their employees towards the company and reduce absenteeism can provide their employees loans for their children’s education. If they miss the bus they can’t board any other means as it costs to the employees. Belgaum .Jain Bharatesh College of Business Administration. So a proper and clean rest room is recommended. A better transport facility would cost a little to the company but then would reduce absenteeism and improve productivity. Saravana Global Energy Limited.A.Jain Bharatesh College of Business Administration. This will help the supervisor to control the employees well and there won’t be any problem regarding employees wasting their time and reduce the productivity. So bit more concentration of cleaning would motivate employees working there. This will reduce absenteeism and increase productivity.  Keeping the work environment Clean It is found that there are dust and fume all over the working place which keeps the working environment unhealthy. ➢ Strong customer profile.  There is high absenteeism in the company to overcome this problem and to attract employees from not taking unnecessary leave the company can provide additional incentive for those who are regular like the one who comes whole month and no leaves taken providing additional amount of 500rs or the amount which the company feels feasible. ➢ Well-defined organizational structure. This will help the company to differentiate its employee’s department vise. P. Belgaum .
