Education and theories learned from school is further deepen with the help of the On-The-Job training. On-The-Job Training is the actual work experience a student undergoes to further enhance and develop their skills by actually doing the work and performing it as a worker to the company or establishment and contribute to its success. the largest work force the establishment has.
