The productivity of labour has gained the greatest attention of industrial psychologists and researchers in the field of economics and management. labour. This prosperity of an industry is the end result of productivity.INTRODUCTION • The economic development of a country depends upon the production of commodities and services. organization or management and entrepreneurship. The happiness and the efficiency of workers are the mirror of the prosperity of an industry. the labour is the active factor of production. The production is the result of five factors of production land. For this purpose.e. a person can be assigned with the responsibility of keeping a check on the stock of medicines on a day to day basis and report it to concerned authority. .  Train a person from every batch/cell/area about the application of which medicines to what kind of ailments.  Ensure that ample stock is maintained. Medicines must be available when the need arises..SUGGESTIONS  Ensure timeliness of the provision i. a few are not satisfied with welfare measures provided by the organization. Such welfare measures enrich the employees‟ standard of living and their satisfaction levels. However. Therefore it is suggested that the existing welfare measures may be improved further. .CONCLUSION • After analyzing the whole data it can be stated that the overall satisfaction levels of employees about welfare measures in the organization cover under study is satisfactory.
