She does have the appropriate background and knowledge on the subject, as she is the head of the Office of the Child Advocate. What does the Garinger’s style and language tell you about her? Can you trust her? her style and language can tell a lot about her. She uses high class words and phrases to show she knows what she is writing about. i do believe we can trust her because she writes a lot of articles and she does this for a living. Do you think Garinger is trying to manipulate your emotions? In what ways? At what point? Garinger is trying to manipulate our emotions, when she tells stories of children as young as 13 being put on trial for life sentences.
