The authorised person shall sign and issue the work permit.7: CASES WHERE A WORK PERMIT IS NOT REQUIRED a) No work permit is required when work is carried out on apparatus by authorised persons and by persons working under their supervision b) No work permit is required when specific activities are being carried out in a prohibited area by persons authorised for this duty.
