This is especially important with young person’s working in the area. There are financial costs involved to implement these health + safety improvements within this department which are detailed in this report. It is highly appreciated by the workforce when enquired about the well being and also congratulates and appreciates management for taking step forward towards positive safety culture. overall the site is generally well run and with very little cost it would be able to become an excellent example of health and safety practice which could be shared throughout.
