Procedure First, they remove the scales of the fish. Next, slit it back to open and remove the intestines, gills and all inside its belly. Then, wash it thoroughly and put appropriate salt. Then leave it for 3-4 hours, soak in mixed salt, vinegar and little water with paminta & garlic. Lastly, dry it under the sun whole day or two days until totally dried. 3. Elicitation a.
