Lack of efficient business processes, creating problems for the company that are impacting product quality, efficiency, costs and customer satisfaction. Delay in product delivery is a second major issue in the last few product releases. The other issue in the business process is product enhancement. In the globalized world, technologies are changing rapidly. Every day new products are released with sophisticated technologies and features.
