Name of Office: MANILA HEALTH DEAPRTMENT Working Arm of the City Government of Manila, Delivering Primary Health Care Services The Department of Health and Welfare in the City of Manila, later renamed MANILA HEALTH DEPARTMENT, was established by Commonwealth Act 561 on July 1, 1940.
