MagicInfo I Premium will install it’s own Java software. • Ensure that Windows User Account Control (UAC) is turned off. This can be enabled after setup if required. • Ensure that the Secondary Logon service is set to automatic startup, and running. • Ensure that you are logged in as a Windows administrator, if at all possible.
