Format of the application can be downloaded from the University website www.jntua.ac.in under “Examinations”. The filled in application form along with a demand draft for Rs. 2000/- (Rupees Two Thousands only) drawn in favor of the Registrar, JNTUA, Ananthapuramu payable at Anantapur dated not earlier than 21.10.2014 is to be sent to the following address either by registered post or in person. Payment can also be made through challan (SBI) towards account number 32950804752 (Power Jyothi Account) and the challan form is available in the website.
