For the purpose of deciding whether a particular requirement of this standard is complied with. shall be rounded off in accordance with IS 2 : 1960 ‘Rules for rounding off numerical values (revised)‘. This standard was first published in 1968 and was revised in 1985. b) Table 2 has been modified to cover sizes of rectangular hollow sections presently being used in the country.
