I have always been obsessed with the actions of keyboards and how natural they feel to me when playing different styles. I have always liked Fatar actions and specifically the action (Fatar TP9 Piano) in my Studiologic numa compact purchased earlier this year at B&H. No offense to those that love them. I am hoping to find a way to replace the action with the Fatar TP9 Piano like my Studiologic numa compact or get a retrofit sold by Syntaur which may or may not be still available. I am finding it a little tightly sprung for my needs. spongy feel of the PC3LE6 action (Fatar TP / 8Piano). or workstations. To me the Medeli KB76FPU feels very similar to the Fatar TP9 Piano in my Studiologic numa compact. UPDATE! – In January 2015 I purchased a Kurzweil SP4-7 and sold my Kurzweil PC3LE6. I was really hating the PC3LE6 action. Though the action is a decent and sturdy product. This is just a personal preference as I can play more fluidly on the SP4-7 than on any weighted action keyboard whether I am playing piano. No matter how well they are made I always feel on the fence about them though some are really quite good. apparently has the Fatar TP8 Piano action installed in it. keyboards.
