Updated relevant certificates will be submitted before the commencement of work.3.2) RELEVANT CERTIFICATES FOR MANPOWER AND EQUIPMENT:- The relevant certificates for Manpower and Equipment are attached in Appendix 2.doc . The dolly attached to the excavator bucket is then lowered and the bakau pile is inserted into the hollow part of the metal dolly. The dolly is then lifted up with much care to prevent it from hitting the workers near the work area.doc .   The metal dolly is the pressed down gradually until the whole length of the bakau pile is inserted into the ground.
