The Major challenge facing the engineering profession nowadays is finding the suitable person for the suitable job , many of recent graduate students don’t find themselves in this profession ; that's because the way the system work in our culture most of the students study engineering based on their parents will or other person motivation ignoring the that person interests and abilities. B) In Dar Al-Handasah, we work in challenging environments and strive to develop solutions for our clients. How we get there is as important as getting there. Describe an achievement (preferably non-academic), highlighting your approach to a problem you faced as well as the solution you developed. During my study period at the university I have recognised that students especially recent university students have some dificulties to reach studying materials such as notebooks , softwares , or papers provided by doctors to the students . So I have came up with an idea with the help of other students to creat a website for the mechanical engineering discipline and we called it "gearju.com" , the website contained all the materials and tools that could help the student from his entry to his graduate , the website was created and programed by me to give the best experince when utlizing it . I Like To Keep myself fit so I go the the gym 5 times a week and follow a strict fitness plan to improve your strength/stamina , I also Like Programming because I think it is the most thing that could improve your thinking and logical skills also it helped me to solve my everyday problems and helped me to deal with engineering softwares more wisely and efficiently.
