Although. it is recommended to use 1.Aqueous Pigment Paste • Interior wall paint • Exterior emulsion paint • Ceramic dispersions • Rubber latex dispersions Processing The efficiency of the wetting depends primarily on the comparative surface tension properties of pigment and water as well as the viscosity of the resultant mix. As batch to batch of a specific pigment or dispersion type might vary. Dispex® N 40 ap adsorb on the pigment surface and facilitate the liquid/solid interfacial interaction and help to replace the air/solid interface by liquid medium/solid interface. Skin care measures should be adopted and safety goggles should be worn.5 to obtain optimum dispersing efficiency.Dispex® N 40 ap Application Areas of application •. It is recommended to add pigment to a heavily stirred water containing the dispersing agent as opposed to addition of dispersing agent to a pigment slurry.5 times the demand optimum level of the dispersing agent. In general the pH of the final preparation should be in the region of 8. a significantly higher dose has a adverse effect on the paint/ink performance. In view of the many factors that may affect processing and application. Safety General Attention must be paid to the normal precautions for handling chemicals and to the measures prescribed in the local health regulations. Page 2 of 3 .2 to 1.
