OpenCall Media Platform provides a future proof solution for installations where a smooth evolution from TDM to SIP is envisioned. With this support. H. HP OpenCall Media Platform 1. This combination of software components provides OpenCall Media Platform with a unique flexibility for application deployment in SIP. a powerful Java application programming interface (API). A typical OpenCall Media Platform consists of one or more industry-standard servers with additional hardware for voice and signaling connectivity.RJIL CRBT IVR platform. and software digital signal processing resources (SoftDSP). HP OCMP Platform would be deployed in HA architecture of N+1 in two physical sites and would be interfaced with Reliance Jio existing IMS TAS Client over SIP and RTP network to handle the CRBT Provisioning IVR calls Page 4 of 8 subject to use restriction HPE Confidential— . 2 Deployment Architecture Following are the attributes of the architecture: a. HP OCMP will be installed in redundant architecture with no loss of service in case any BASE or BRE module failure. d. HP OCMP will ensure floating license over the cluster i. b.RJIL CRBT IVR HP OCMP will execute and process this calls using the CCXML/VXML application logic fetched using HTTPS URL from the CRBT AS. HP OCMP servers will operate in ACTIVE-ACTIVE mode. e. 2. HP SIP load balancer (SNF) will expose a single SIP virtual IP for incoming SIP calls.e. HP OCMP will do load balancing over HTTP with the application servers hosting the business/service logic. if any server goes down the capacity of the site is not impacted ( provided at least three DL 380 servers are provided to ensure N+1 architecture) Page 5 of 8 subject to use restriction HPE Confidential— . HP SNF ensure load balancing and fault tolerance of incoming SIP calls. c. f. 1 Call Flows diagram Page 6 of 8 subject to use restriction HPE Confidential— .3 Operating System & Virtualization The offered solution will be delivered on the following hardware and OS: - RHEL6U5 64 bit OS. - HP bare-metal servers: Proliant DL380 G8 / G9 with 2x octa-core CPU and 128GB RAM - Virtualization will be KVM based. once such support is available & required. such as due to end-of-support of previous version. Each sever will have 2 virtualized instances with SNF and OCMP-BRE instances. Upgrading to compatible RHEL versions in future.RJIL CRBT IVR 2. 1 SIP Call flow ladder diagram 1 CRBT Functional Call Flow Diagram Page 7 of 8 subject to use restriction HPE Confidential— .RJIL CRBT IVR 3. to start with HP OCMP Virtual instances would not be in cluster mode and would be implemented as standalone VM instances allowing RJIL CRBT application configuration to each individual OCMP BRE Instance thru GUI interface manually. Second methodology would be to check if Network Cross cable works between the two physical servers for multicast IP. Eventually during the delivery stages. HP has agreed to work on three points specific deployment strategy that is as follows: a. then we would pursue this path and omit option a) mentioned above. Page 8 of 8 subject to use restriction HPE Confidential— . b. if RJIL provides the multi-cast IP thru local L2 network switch connectivity – HP will do the require changes provided the adequate downtime of production system is provided to make those changes. As of now.RJIL CRBT IVR 4 Installation Methodology Installation and Configuration of the OCMP Software as it would be done with RHEL Virtualized instances and all of the instances works on cluster mode. however as we have been made aware of the un-availability of Multi-cast IP at the Data Centers of RJIL. c. For making cluster high availability – we would need Multicast IP to work at L2 Switch IP network.
