(SALAK PERDANA) Project History Salak Perdana,(Taman Kenanga) is one of the country's largest abandoned housing projects located in Bandar Baru Salak Tinggi, Selangor. The project was abandoned in 1999. In early stage, the proposed site is made up of 3 main lot 3467, 3121 and 3123 , mukim dengkil , sepang district , and developed by Tetuan Kumpulan Sepang Utama Sdn . Bhd The origin developer for the application has been submitted to Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa, (JPBD) Selangor, for the promotion of this land title "Proposed Development Plan on lot 3121 , 3123 , and 3467 , Mukim Dengkil , Daerah Sepang, Selangor Darul Ehsan " . The application has been approved by the Jabatan Perancangan Bandar dan Desa,(JPBD) Selangor, 21 May 1998 and filed by reference layout plan JPBD / B10 / 127.96 / A / PD with the whole wide area 354.69 acres . Aording to plan approved layout , Kumpulan Sepang Utama Sdn. Bhd plan for certified pre calculation and filed for the purpose of subdivision lot for separate . proposed site is known as the Taman Kenanga (old) , rename Salak Perdana (new). Based on the approved layout plan , 2,356 unit from 2,536 unit home that has been sold . however, this has been proposed development abandoned so far more than 15 years . After that, NCT United Development Sdn Bhd , as “Rescue Developer” has appointed by court order, petition no . 26NCC - 26-02 / 2012 for the completion of abandoned and developing projects of proposed site and commence redevelopment site for this proposal. Thus the amendment to the proposed site plan overall layout require by submitting this application for planning permission for the proposed amendments layout plan approved for the promotion of abandoned. Based new proposal, Built on a 315 acres land, the Salak Perdana development will comprise low-cost apartments, terraced, semi-detached and super-link houses, bungalows and commercial properties, among others. A gated and guarded community concept would be implemented for high-end properties.
