ALVARION BREEZE ACCESS VL SU CONFIGURATIONConnect the BTS to Laptop, change the Lan IP in the Laptop to 10.0.0.2 and run the Alvaricraft software. The default IP of the unlicensed BTS will be 10.0.0.1. After connecting to the SU, follow the below steps to configure the SU Run the Alvaricraft software and Click Open SU/RB. Provide the IP details required to login to the BTS to be configured, Device Name: Provide the Cell Site ID or Name of the BTS Location. Default IP: - 10.0.0.1 Read Community: Public Write Community: Private After Providing the IP details click OK. . After configuring the above parameters click – Apply Make sure after changing the Country code Parameters. Sub Band 2 – 10 MHz Channel Width.Expand the Air Interface menu and Select the country code from the Drop down menu and select the Country Code 1061 India 5. 1. . it is necessary to RESET the unit to change the frequency as per the Sub Band selected to take effect. Select Sub Band 2 and enable the country code learning by SU. Sub Band 1 – 20 MHz channel width 2.8GHz. To enable the 10 MHz channel width select the Sub Band 2. Apply . ESSID .After selecting the country code go to General TAB from Air Interface. 1. After Providing the ESSID click . Configure the below parameters only and leave other parameters to be default configuration.Cell site ID or any unique name. Select the Frequency from Include drop down YES/NO. . After Selecting the Frequency click – Apply.Select the Frequency TAB from Air Interface and configure the Frequency to be used from the Include option. Maximum Tx Power 3. Configure the below Parameters 1.Enable After configuring the Transmit power parameters click – Apply. .Select the TX Power Parameters TAB from Air Interface Menu. Transmit Power 2. ATPC . After configuring the VLAN parameters click – Apply. VLAN Link Type – Access Link 2. Select the VLAN Link Type .Select the Bridging TAB from Air interface menu to configure the VLAN Configure the below parameters. Mgmt Vlan Priority – other than 0 select the priority in between 1 to 7. . 1.Access Link from the Drop down Menu. Mgmt VLAN ID . 1. If you want to check the connectivity between BTS and CPE configure the uncheck the Management VLAN ID. Mgmt Vlan Priority – other than 0 select the priority in between 1 to 7. VLAN Link Type – Hybrid Link 2. Data VLAN ID – 601 3. To Configure the SU’s Data VLAN.501 3. After configuring the IP Parameters click – Apply. Configure the IP Parameters as provided by the Bharti or Ericsson. IP address 2.After configuring the VLAN parameter select IP Parameters from the Air Interface menu. Configure the below parameters.
