Be sure to peel it off before inserting the cassette into the reader. • Peeling or curling of the sheet laminated on the cassette’s back plate (hereinafter re- ferred to as the "back plate") may lead to injury at the edge of the sheet depending on handling. If peeling or curling of the sheet is observed, immediately stop using the cas- sette and contact Konica Minolta technical representatives for repair. • Be careful that no foreign objects such as liquid (water, etc.), pins or clips fall into cassette. • Dropping, bending or applying a shock to the cassette or the REGIUS Plate may lead to deformation or breakage. Always handle them with care. • Do not leave the REGIUS Plate under the fluorescent lamp or sunlight for an extended period of time. • Be careful not to damage or soil the fluorescent surface of the REGIUS Plate or inner parts of the exposure-only cassette. • Never attempt to disassemble, repair or modify the cassette. This may cause deterioration of the image quality as well as problems in examination using the exposure-only cassette. Contact Konica Minolta technical representatives when a repair should be required. • Anhydrous ethanol is a chemical agent. Be sure to comply with safety regulations of the chemical manufacturer. • Lead is used inner surface of the exposure-only cassette. Due care should be taken when it is handled. * If the contents of this page become illegible, please purchase a new manual (with a fee).
