DIVINE HARMONYBY ARAVINDAKSHA MENON Dedicated to Rev. Fr. George Panackal who enlightened me in many ways, one being the inspiration to write this book, my maiden one. I am not a man of letters but he said: “ Fear not, for, God will guide you all the way !” 1 Message Br. Aravindaksha Menon has been a preacher and a witness to our Lord at Divine Retreat centre for the last four years ( since 1993). Menon reveals a big truth in these precious visions of his, which I feel, had been gleaned from the experiences in his life and his constant association with the Holy Spirit, more than from his scholarly faculties. When we go through the scriptures of all faith, we can see to our amazement, that the path towards salvation is almost one and the same. Here, Menon reaches at a more heavenly pasture, a step ahead, discovering that even the Saviour is one and the same. I pray, let this divine truth yield a rich harvest of celestial bliss in the minds of the readers. Fr, George Panackal V.C. His vocal form of communication, used to praise the Lord in his gratitude, prayers and rituals, were codified in the form of scriptures and books later. The human bloc that had gone to the banks of Jordan used Hebrew for their scriptures whereas the Indus and Ganges lot made it in Sanskrit. Whatever was written in both the languages on the commandments of the Omnipotent Father, Omnipresent God was one and the same in nature and content. Though there occurred changes in the course of time which could be innumerable, I feel the marked resemblance that remained in essence among the Chathurvedas (four Vedas) in Sanskrit and the scriptures in Hebrew is never accidental or even contemplated. If God is singular, His Commandments and teachings also must be singular and absolute. The only thing is that, when the prophets inscribed them it came to light through various languages. Societies umpteen and cultures myriad were nurtured and nourished by these Scriptures; just as the branches of the same tree, sprout and stretch out to different directions, where the mother tree and the soil from which it absorbs the lifegiving properties are the same. This realization, this finding, is the realization of God. Let us return to the warmth of this discovery; 8 this achievement. Let us bask in that glow of truth, exhilarated and contented.
